Meet Longhorn Loyal Enrique Dominguez, B.S. ’06
“As an alum, I know it’s important to give back. And when I think of Longhorn Loyal, I think of people who not only give financially, but who also give through service being part of the Longhorn community.” — Enrique Dominguez
Although it’s been two decades since Enrique Dominguez made his first campus visit to UT, he still remembers the spot where he parked. And the minute he crossed the street onto the West Mall, he knew: “This is where I want to go college.”
Enrique went on to get his B.S. in Civil Engineering in 2006, and credits the Equal Opportunity in Engineering (EOE) community at the Cockrell School of Engineering with helping him “find his way” through engineering. This is a big reason he’s given back to UT through time and his giving for the past 12 years as a proud Longhorn Loyal member.
“As an alum, I know it’s important to give back,” Enrique shared recently. “And when I think of Longhorn Loyal, I think of people who not only give financially, but who also give through service being part of the Longhorn community.”
Longhorn Loyal members like Enrique Dominguez have collectively given more than $2.2 billion to UT in their lifetimes. This is an incredible show of support that makes the university’s contributions to education, research and service a reality!
