Texas is
Global

What starts here changes the world. The University of Texas at Austin community is home to nearly 8,000 international students and faculty members hailing from more than 140 countries, and more than half a million Longhorn alumni live in 176 countries around the world. Each year, the University sends more than 3,300 students abroad and engages with nearly 200 international academic partners.

Investments in UT’s global programs — and from alumni, friends and partners living abroad — enhance the University’s global visibility and supports its work to become the world’s highest-impact public research university.
